Brighter Health Network, LLC (BHN), which offers medical diagnostic solutions such as urodynamics testing services, today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire INSIGHT Urodynamics, LLC for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings. - Expands BHN’s geographic footprint into the New England states - Gives BHN the ability to better serve current and new clients in the New York metro area - Provides INSIGHT Urodynamics customers access to additional service and software offerings - Immediately accretive to earnings  ![BHN_Logo_300p.jpg](https://info.bhnco.com/hs-fs/hubfs/BHN_Logo_300p.jpg?width=770&height=485&name=BHN_Logo_300p.jpg "BHN_Logo_300p.jpg") “We are very excited about the prospect of combining these two great companies, which have a strong customer orientation, aligned strategy, and complementary geographic footprints,” said Clark Love, BHN’s chief executive officer. “We believe this acquisition allows us to expand geographically in the Northeast, and it gives us the opportunity to offer INSIGHT’s existing customers additional services which will be a win for them and us. We look forward to welcoming INSIGHT’s staff and customers and creating additional value for our shareholders.” **The Combined Company** With this acquisition, BHN now services the entire eastern U.S. with its core on-site medical diagnostics which primarily include urodynamics testing and anorectal manometry (ARM) testing. BHN provides the medical equipment, staff, software, and supplies to perform these advanced tests. BHN also offers urodynamics and ARM interpretation services nationally, and is currently rolling out non-surgical incontinence treatment options in certain geographic areas. BHN provides its services to clinics and hospitals which in turn provide the services to patients, allowing the clinics and hospitals to operate efficiently without additional capital expenditures and overhead. The combination of BHN and INSIGHT Urodynamics will broaden BHN’s geographic footprint and offer new services to customers that were being served by INSIGHT. Mr. Love commented, “There have been numerous headwinds in the healthcare industry in recent years, but given our strong ability to combine medical equipment, unique software, and well trained staff, our future currently looks very bright.
